Job Description :Provide strategic leadership to the UI/UX team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.Develop and communicate a clear design vision and strategy aligned with business goalsLead user research initiatives to gain insights into user behavior, needs, and preferences.Utilize data-driven approaches to make informed design decisions, conducting usability testing and analyzing user feedback.Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or InVision.Experience with prototyping tools for creating interactive and high-fidelity prototypes.Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to communicate effectively with development teams.Understanding of design principles for mobile platforms (iOS, Android) and responsive design techniques.Knowledge of UI frameworks and libraries that can expedite the design and development process.Awareness of design principles and considerations for virtual and augmented reality experiences, if applicable to your industry (ref:hirist.tech)
