The company has now carved out a separate fintech vertical tasked with digital transformation using cutting-edge technology and bringing in fresh talent.Join us if you like :- Build out of the Ventura cloud-based data platform from scratch- Ownership and monitoring of our data backend- Robust documentation skills and desire to share information with others- Desire and ability to prototype ideas quickly, and be willing to experiment and learnWhat you'll need to bring :- Very strong SQL and database skills, preferably Postgres or MySQL- Hands-on with the big data ecosystem - preferably AWS EMR, but we are very open to candidates with experience in similar platforms and open to learning EMR- Strong AWS skills, techies with certifications from AWS are particularly encouraged to apply - AWS RDS, EMR, Aurora, Quicksight, S3- 3 - 6 years of experience- Exp for Data Engineer Lead 6 - 15 YearsWhat you get :- Chance to build out a next-gen fintech product from ground 0- Opportunity to influence the design of the product- Hybrid work environment running out of Slack- Flat org structure (ref:hirist.tech)
