Description:
Key Tasks & Responsibilities :- Mapping of the Business processes, GAP Analysis, Integration testing, conducting business UAT session and ability to work on RICEF requirements. - Responsible for Pre & post Go live activities- Involved in various Enhancements as per Business Requirement - Co-ordinate with technical consultants (ABAP consultants) and give functional specifications for customizing reports according to the user requirements. - Configuration of SAP PP (MRP plant parameter configuration, Configuration of order types & order type, Define Availability check control, Scheduling parameters for order, and confirmation parameters for order,etc ) - Monitor and resolve any issue in integration of SAP with third party applications- Creation of master data mainly BOM, master recipe, production versions,etc- Configuration of SAP QM parameters such as Certificate profile, Plant dependent parameters, Inspection completion parameters, Inspection control parameters, in process inspection, dynamic modification rule. - Configuring the inspection points, vendor return process, Notification generation - Shelf life monitoring of raw materials, Pre dispatch inspection, Catalogs, Code Groups, Selected sets, Defect & defect classes & inventory postings, Long term inspection, Copying results from one lot to another. - DMR (Dynamic modification rule), Source Inspection, Lot generation of expired materials with background job. - Providing support & necessary trainings to the end users. - Creation of user manualsCritical Competencies required- Implementation experience in a manufacturing company- Ability to control SAP S/4 Hana support function at the plant- Well versed with Integration of PP and QM with other modules- Preference will be given if certification in PP module- 5~8 years work experience in SAP (ref:hirist.tech)
