The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building complex web applications using Next.js and React.js, with a strong background in Node.js development. You will beresponsible for leading the development of innovative solutions, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products.Responsibilities :- Lead the development of Next.js applications, from concept to deployment.- Architect and design scalable and maintainable software solutions using best practices.- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.- Mentor and coach junior developers, providing guidance on technical issues and best practices.- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and architectural guidelines.- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating them into our development process as appropriate.- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of our applications.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Next.js development.- Strong proficiency in Node.js development.- Experience with server-side rendering and building SSR applications using Next.js.- Solid understanding of modern JavaScript frameworks, libraries, and tools.- Experience with version control systems such as Git.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Leadership experience (preferred).
