Job Description : Our client is looking to define the technology vision, strategy and long term architectural roadmap to meet the company's future needs in the team by hiring a Tech Lead - Python.Roles :- Understand the goal and product road map of the company, implement deliverables in a timely manner.- Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of the technologies and architecture in place at the company, including maintaining current and future state architecture plans.- Promote architectural plans and design approaches to help delivery teams effectively implement the technology strategy.- Setup a team of Developers, lead them, getting the tasks executed.- Create and maintain an appropriate level of documentation to ensure efficient and consistent communication of designs, requirements and standards.- Maintain up to date knowledge of IT industry best practices and emerging technologies and architectural paradigms.- Evaluate emerging technologies and incorporate into the technology vision and architectural roadmap.- Own the enterprise architecture and enterprise technology standards and conventions at the company.- Establish, maintain and evolve appropriate agile / lean processes and methodologies for Enterprise Architecture at company, including architectural governance.- Managing technology budgets and time frames.- Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance- Acting as a mentor to team members.- Engage and Interact with the team everyday, to review the work, and understand future scope of work. Means of communication can be everyday status meetings, standup calls, review meets, etc.Requirements :- 8 - 12 years experience in application development.- Bachelor's degree preferred with masters or equivalent experience.- Experience with Core Python application development.- Hands on with Python and related automation libraries.- Should have worked on OCR, Scrapping, and AI-based projects- Knowledge and experience with AWS services.- Must be familiar Oracle or any relational SQL.- Frameworks that promote concepts of isolation, extensibility, and extendibility- Must have basic knowledge of Angular/React.- Must have an understanding and exposure to Maven, Git, Bitbucket.- System Performance contributes to solutions that satisfy performance requirements; constructs test cases and strategies that account for performance requirements; tunes application performance issues.Tech Stack :- Platform Framework : Python- Database : PostgreSQL, MongoDB- Data Processing : AWS- Report Export : Python- Frontend : HTML, CSS, JavaScript- RPA : Node, Selenium (ref:hirist.tech)
