Introduction :We are looking for 12+years experienced candidates for this role.Job Description :Must Have : Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.Must Have : 12+ years of technical experience in software product development, Project Management with a minimum of 5 years as Scrum Master/ SAFe.Must have : Servant leadership skills, serving the needs of the team and promoting a collaborative and empowered work environment.Key Project Management skills :- Must have : Hands-on in defining the process for both Kanban and Scrum in JIRA or any other tool and be able to train the team and manage the defined process, explosure on running PI planning with scaled agile framework.- Demonstrate an exceptional understanding of Scrum, with proven experience on a scrum team. Experience with other practices aligned with SAFe/Lean/Azure DevOps is favorable.- Should drive the execution of 2 or more scrum teamsResponsibilities include :- Project Management, Stakeholder Management- Drive end to end execution of 2 Scrum teams- Ensure Delivery of the project within the client expectations with end-to-end ownership- Proactively identify issues and take required actions to avoid or resolve issues- Lead and facilitate key Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives. Ensure that all team members actively participate in these events.- Coach the development team and product owner on Agile and Scrum practices. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the team.- Foster collaboration between development teams, operations, and other relevant departments. Ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.- Identify and eliminate impediments or obstacles that hinder the team's progress. Work collaboratively with stakeholders to address issues affecting the team.- Support the development team in making decisions and becoming self-organizing. Foster an environment that encourages creativity and innovation.- Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to maintain a well-groomed product backlog. Facilitate communication between the development team and the Product Owner.- Track and report the team's progress using relevant Agile metrics. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and delivery timelines.- Lead retrospectives to identify areas for improvement. Implement changes and improvements based on retrospective outcomes.- Identify and manage project risks. Collaborate with the team to develop mitigation strategies.- Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders. Foster a transparent and collaborative relationship with all involved parties.- Stay up to date with industry best practices in Agile and Scrum. Share knowledge and insights with the team.- Work closely with BAs and Architects to develop a high-level understanding of scope and feasibility of technical solutions and influencing them in the right direction- Should be able to drive & manage distributed global teams both at Offshore and Customer locationCertifications :- PMP certified- Relevant Scrum / Project management Certification (CSM / PSM/ SAFe)Soft Skills :- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.- Inspire and motivate team members to achieve their best performance.- Adapt to changing project requirements and unforeseen challenges.- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.- Work seamlessly with different departments and teams.- Understand and prioritize client needs and expectations (ref:hirist.tech)
