Responsibilities :1) Innovation in Workflow Development: Create efficient and innovative workflows within the BMC Remedy Action Request System (ARS).2) IT Service Management (ITSM): Demonstrate expertise in various ITSM management processes.3) Web Services Integration: Understand and integrate APIs through web services.Innovation in Workflow Development :- Develop efficient and innovative workflows within the BMC Remedy Action Request System (ARS) to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency.- Utilize advanced features and functionalities of BMC Remedy ARS to design workflows that align with business requirements and best practices.- Continuously explore opportunities for workflow optimization and enhancement to drive innovation and maximize system capabilities.IT Service Management (ITSM) :- Demonstrate expertise in various IT Service Management (ITSM) processes such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Service Request Management.- Configure and customize BMC Remedy ARS to support ITSM processes, ensuring alignment with ITIL best practices and organizational requirements.- Collaborate with IT stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective ITSM solutions within BMC Remedy ARS.Web Services Integration :- Understand and integrate APIs through web services to facilitate seamless communication and data exchange between BMC Remedy ARS and other systems.- Develop integrations with external systems, applications, and databases using RESTful APIs, SOAP, XML, and other web service protocols.- Ensure secure and reliable data transmission between BMC Remedy ARS and external systems, adhering to industry standards and security best practices.Qualifications :- Experience: 5 to 8+ years in Remedy Workflow development.Must-Have Skills :- Proficiency in BMC Remedy Application development.- Strong understanding of functional and design aspects of the BMC Remedy ITSM Suite.Preferred Skills :- Familiarity with BMC products such as DWP, Helix platform, and HSSO.- Enterprise software product development experience.- Knowledge of developing and accessing Web Services, including SOAP and REST protocols.- Familiarity with JavaScript and JSON is a plus.- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot multi-layered applications.- Communication: Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with remote teams.
