Role : Analytics and Data Engineer - SQL| Python| ETL, 6+ years, GurgaonWe are seeking an experienced Analytics & Data Engineering professional to join our team and spearhead data initiatives. As a key player in our organization, you will collaborate directly with client leadership to shape the vision and roadmap of their Data, Analytics & Insights team. If you are a data engineer with required skill set, then this opportunity is for you. Location : Gurgaon (Hybrid)Your Future Employer : Global analytics and digital solutions company, headquartered in New York, serving industries including insurance, healthcare, banking and financial services, media, retail, and others.Responsibilities :- Responsible for data engineering and analytics projects for our retail client- Contributing to their growth strategy across business, customer, and marketing analytics.- Developing and maintaining scalable and efficient data pipelines, addressing any issues or bottlenecks.- Engaging proactively with client to support their data-driven vision and business objectives.- Establish yourself as a trusted advisor in shaping business strategy based on data insights.- Mentoring and advising the team on best practices in data engineering and analytics techniques.- Implementing robust data checks to ensure accuracy and integrity of data.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.- 6+ years of experience in managing data engineering projects, with a proven track record of success.- Proficiency in SQL, data environments (e.g., Big Query, Google Analytics, Snowflake), and data transformation tools (Python).- Strong understanding of ETL data pipelines, including integration with APIs and databases.- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics tools and cloud-based Data Warehousing solutions (Snowflake and/or Google Cloud).- Familiarity with Cron job scheduler and Data Vault modeling is a plus.- Experience in collaborating with client's Google Analytics partner agencies.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills What is in for you :- A stimulating working environment with equal employment opportunities.- Growing of skills while working with industry leaders and top brands.- A meritocratic culture with great career progression.Profile Keywords : Analytics Data, Engineering, Retail, SQL, Python, Big Query, Snowflake, Google Analytics, ETL, Data Warehousing (ref:hirist.tech)
