At Growing Stars Consulting, our team of India Recruitment professionals is dedicated to managing clients and shaping careers with a global touch.As a SAP Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) Developer, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for developing and enhancing business applications using SAP technologies. This is a full-time remote position, offering the opportunity to work independently while contributing to the success of our clients' projects. Your expertise in ABAP programming, coupled with proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and experience with IDoc and BAPI, will be essential for delivering high-quality solutions.Key Responsibilities :- SAP Development: Execute day-to-day tasks associated with SAP development, utilizing ABAP programming language to create and modify programs, reports, interfaces, conversions, and enhancements (RICEF objects).- Object-Oriented Programming (OOP): Apply OOP principles to design and develop efficient and maintainable code within the SAP environment.- IDoc and BAPI: Leverage your knowledge and experience with IDoc (Intermediate Document) and BAPI (Business Application Programming Interface) to facilitate data exchange and integration between SAP and external systems.- Application Enhancement: Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand requirements and implement enhancements to existing SAP applications.- Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and debug issues within SAP applications, employing analytical skills to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.Qualifications :- Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and programming languages.- Hands-on experience with IDoc and BAPI for data exchange and integration in SAP environments.- Strong skills in Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP), including familiarity with ABAP Workbench, ABAP Data Dictionary, and ABAP Objects.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate requirements into technical solutions.- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment, managing tasks and priorities effectively.- Experience in SAP development and implementation is advantageous.- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
