Description:
Must have :- Overall 8+ years of experience of IT industry- 3+ years of demonstrated expertise in Salesforce Business Analyst role- 3+ years of delivery lead experience in managing the Salesforce solution implementation including API integration, Mobile and third party teams.SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES :- Respond to problems, prioritize correctly, systematically gather information, sort through issues, seek input from others, develop accurate conclusions from findings, and make timely decisions to prioritize and adapt to change.- - Assist with the elaboration of the user stories and requirements, supporting team members with their work where required.- Participate in and facilitate relevant Agile ceremonies and rituals: Backlog Refinement, Daily Stand-up, Iteration / Release Planning, Showcases / Sprint Review, Retrospective- Experience playing Scrum Master role for at least 4-6 years for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory.- Own the product/feature and drive the team with well documented product road map using Product and iteration backlogs.- Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile best practices: User Stories, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Automated Testing.- Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.- Experience in at least one enterprise agile tool, such as JIRA (preferably), Version One, Rally, or TFS.- Proactively resolve issues and drive course corrections as needed - be directly involved in helping teams foresee and overcome barriers or blockers.- Collaborate with technical teams to refine and groom the product backlog, forecast sprint iterations, and manage inter-team dependencies.- Should be flexible and adaptable to complex situations. Maintain overlapping hours with US work hours to collaborate with client.Education / Knowledge :- Bachelor of Science degree from a four-year college, university or equivalent.Nice to have :- Salesforce Platform I, Administrator certified- PSM or CSM certified- Prior handling of globally located teams (ref:hirist.tech)
