Skills : Product Manager, Digital products, Agile product development, JIRA, Digital landscapeRequirements :- Have led the success of digital products, with a focus on building/integrating Identity-based platforms or managing eCommerce and Mar-tech features across Direct to Consumer products. - Implemented Agile product development principles throughout the product lifecycle, from ideation to MVP development, achieving product-market fit, and scaling growth. - You are keen in staying updated about the digital landscape, have identified innovation trends, conducted market and consumer research, and leverage the data-driven insights for product decisions. - Have developed and innovated new advertising products, if applicable. - Have led product feature development, write PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Utilized market research and data insights to inform product decisions. - Collaborated with design and engineering teams to ensure user-centric design and product development. - Created professional presentations using MS PowerPoint to communicate product strategies and updates. - Ensure alignment of technology stacks with product development needs. - Managed product development tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Figma to streamline the development process.Roles & Responsibities :Product Strategy : - Develop and articulate a clear product strategy aligned with company goals and market opportunities. - Continuously assess market trends, competition, and customer feedback to refine and adjust the product strategy as needed.Product Planning : - Define product roadmap and prioritize features and enhancements based onbusiness value, customer impact, and technical feasibility. Work closely with stakeholders, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams, to ensure alignment and successful execution.Requirement Gathering : - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze product requirements, translating customer needs into actionable user stories, feature specifications, and acceptance criteria. - Maintain a prioritized backlog of tasks for development teams.Product Development : - Lead cross-functional teams through the product development process, from concept to launch. - Provide guidance and direction to engineering, design, and other teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that meet or exceed customer expectations.Release Management : '- Coordinate product releases and updates, including feature rollouts, bug fixes, and performance enhancements. - Communicate release plans, timelines, and updates to internal teams and external stakeholders as needed.Product Marketing : - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies, positioning, messaging, and collateral to effectively promote and sell the product. - Support sales efforts with product training, demos, and competitive analysis.Performance Monitoring : - Define and track key product metrics and KPIs to assess product performance, user engagement, and customer satisfaction. - Analyze data and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and inform future product decisions.Stakeholder Management : - Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, customers, partners, and vendors. - Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and updates.Product Evangelism : - Serve as a passionate advocate for the product, both internally and externally. - Champion the product vision, value proposition, and roadmap to drive enthusiasm and support across the organization and customer base (ref:hirist.tech)
