Position Overview :We are seeking a skilled Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products through meticulous testing and analysis.The ideal candidate will have expertise in Java coding, web testing, manual testing concepts, and experience in testing APIs using tools such as Rest-Assured or Postman.Key Responsibilities :- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality and stability of our software products.- Perform manual testing of web applications, ensuring that all features function correctly and meet user requirements.- Utilize Java coding skills to develop automated test scripts for regression testing and continuous integration.- Conduct thorough API testing using tools like Rest-Assured or Postman, verifying functionality, performance, and reliability.- Collaborate closely with software developers and product managers to identify and resolve issues promptly.- Document test cases, procedures, and results to facilitate effective communication and knowledge sharing within the team.- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- Strong proficiency in Java programming language.- Experience with web testing methodologies and tools.- Solid understanding of manual testing concepts and techniques.- Hands-on experience in testing APIs using Rest-Assured, Postman, or similar tools.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
