As an Application Developer, you will hear real-world problems from partners with skin in the game, propose solutions and then implement them through database and application design, workflow, testing, deploying to production environments and supporting our partners.Responsibilities :- Implement end to end applications to unlock opportunities for people- Societal scale solution building, which involves the following Business Analysis Understanding pain points and requirementsCome up with ideas Design the following :- Clean, modular workflows.- Databases.- End to end eng applications.- Application Development- Conduct functional testing (both manual and automated testing)- End to end implementation of the application- Deployment of the application- Post-production support- Stakeholder management- Track/Measure milestonesMinimum Qualification :- Experience in building applications preferred (even if it was for passion)- Write, execute, maintain manual and automated tests- B.Tech, BE, MCA - Familiarity with databases, table design, schemas- Good communication skillsTechnical Skills :- Programming Languages: Proficiency in at least one or more programming languages relevant to the development environment. This could include languages like Java, Python, JavaScript, C++, Kotlin, etc.- Software Development Frameworks: Understanding and experience with frameworks that facilitate application development. Examples include Spring (Java), Django (Python), React (JavaScript), .NET (C#), etc.- Databases & Data Structures: A solid foundation in database management systems (SQL, NoSQL) and data structures (arrays, linked lists, etc.) is essential for data manipulation and storage.- APIs & Integrations: Knowledge of integrating applications with external systems and APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) is crucial for modern development.- Version Control Systems: Familiarity with version control systems like Git for code versioning and collaboration is a must.Soft Skills :- Problem-Solving & Analytical Thinking: The ability to identify, analyze, and solve complex problems through code is critical for application development.- Communication: Excellent communication skills are necessary to collaborate with designers, testers, and other stakeholders, both technically and non-technically.- Teamwork & Collaboration: Application development is often a collaborative effort. Working effectively within a team is essential.- Critical Thinking & Creativity: The ability to approach problems creatively and think critically to find optimal solutions is valuable.- Lifelong Learning: The technology landscape is constantly evolving.
