Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Senior Active Directory Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience managing Active Directory infrastructure in enterprise environments. The role requires strong technical expertise in Active Directory design, implementation, administration, and troubleshooting.Responsibilities:- Design, implement, and manage complex Active Directory environments to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and security. - Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions within Active Directory, ensuring adherence to security policies and best practices. - Configure and maintain Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to enforce security settings, software deployments, and system configurations. - Monitor Active Directory replication, identify and resolve issues to maintain directory integrity and availability. - Implement and manage Active Directory Certificate Services (AD CS) for secure authentication and encryption services. - Plan and execute Active Directory migrations, upgrades, and consolidation projects. - Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate Active Directory with various enterprise systems and applications. - Develop and maintain documentation, including policies, procedures, and technical diagrams related to Active Directory infrastructure. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Active Directory-related issues, including user authentication, access permissions, and directory synchronization. - Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and security standards related to Active Directory and identity management. Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Active Directory Administrator in enterprise environments. - Strong knowledge of Active Directory architecture, including domain controllers, forests, domains, trusts, and replication. - Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and administration tasks in Active Directory. - Experience with Active Directory Federation Services (AD FS) and Azure Active Directory (AAD) integration is a plus. - Familiarity with LDAP, Kerberos, NTLM, and other authentication protocols. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate, or equivalent certifications are preferred. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
