Responsibilities:Implementation and Customization: - Lead and contribute to the successful implementation of Epicor ERP 10/Kinetic systems.- Customize and configure Epicor modules to align with business requirements.Technical Support: - Provide technical support for Epicor ERP users, addressing and resolving technical issues promptly.- Collaborate with end-users and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and optimize system performance.Integration: - Design and implement integrations between Epicor ERP and other business systems.- Ensure data consistency and integrity across integrated platforms.Upgrade and Migration: - Lead and participate in Epicor ERP version upgrades and migrations.- Develop and execute strategies for seamless transitions to new system versions.Documentation: - Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for Epicor ERP configurations, customizations, and integrations.- Train end-users and support staff on system functionalities and best practices.Continuous Improvement: - Stay informed about the latest updates and advancements in Epicor ERP technology.- Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiencyRequirements:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as an Epicor Technical Consultant.- In-depth knowledge of Epicor ERP 10/Kinetic systems and modules.- Epicor certification (preferred).- Strong understanding of Epicor customization tools and technologies.- Proven experience in system implementation, upgrades, and migrations.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
