We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our growing team. You will play a critical role in driving innovation and optimizing our Salesforce platform to meet the evolving needs of our business.Essential Qualifications:- 12+ years of experience developing and implementing Salesforce solutions.- Proven track record of leading and delivering complex Salesforce projects on time and within budget.- Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform architecture and core functionalities (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).- Expertise in object modeling, data modeling, and relationship design.- Proficiency in Salesforce development languages like Apex and Visualforce (Lightning included).- Solid understanding of Salesforce security best practices and governance.- Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs and tools like Heroku Connect or Mulesoft.- Experience with building user interfaces using Visualforce or Lightning Web Components.- Strong understanding of Salesforce testing methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Salesforce DX).Bonus Points:- Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud) for building custom portals.- Experience with Salesforce Einstein (artificial intelligence) or other automation tools.- Experience with Salesforce DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.- Experience working in an Agile development environment.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication and collaboration skills.- Ability to mentor and guide junior developers.Responsibilities:- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.- Design, develop, test, and deploy complex Salesforce applications and customizations.- Optimize existing Salesforce configurations to improve efficiency and user experience.- Develop and maintain code adhering to Salesforce best practices and coding standards.- Automate manual processes and workflows using Apex and Process Builder.- Integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications using APIs.- Ensure data integrity and security within the Salesforce platform.- Document technical specifications and solutions for future reference.- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and technologies.
