Responsibilities:React.js Development:- Utilize React.js framework to develop cutting-edge user interfaces for web applications.- Implement reusable components and optimize performance for seamless user experience.Agile SDLC Delivery:- Work within Agile methodologies to deliver front-end solutions as part of the software development life cycle (SDLC).- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure timely delivery of UI components.User Experience Optimization:- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and stakeholders to optimize user experience.- Implement UI/UX best practices, responsive design, and accessibility standards to enhance usability and engagement.Skills Required:React.js Framework:- Strong proficiency in React.js for front-end development.- Experience building reusable components and managing state using React Hooks or Redux.Agile Methodologies:- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional Agile teams and adapt to changing project requirements.User Experience Optimization:- Experience in optimizing user experience through responsive design, performance optimization, and accessibility enhancements.- Understanding of UI/UX design principles and ability to translate design mockups into interactive user interfaces.HTML/CSS/JavaScript:- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript for front-end development.- Familiarity with modern JavaScript libraries and frameworks for UI development.Version Control and Collaboration Tools:- Experience with version control systems such as Git.- Proficiency in collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile project management tools.
