Technical Skills :- The role requires 8 to 12 years of experience.- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the create and ability to create and maintain advanced macros and templates.- Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar project management/collaboration tools.- Hands-on experience with CRM systems, preferably NewPage CRM, Dynamics 365 or Salesforce. Soft Skills :- Strong organizational and project management skills, with a proven track record of following up on tasks and projects.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.- Self-motivated and proactive in identifying and addressing operational challenges.Good to Have :- A strategic perspective on higher-level management decisions, with the ability to offer insights and recommendations.- Experience in the CPG/FMCG industry, or a similar fast-paced, environment.
