Job Description :- 6 + years in the Fintech, NBFC and IT Services industry.- Technically skilled with experience in Microsoft Technologies (.net core, ASP Net, PL/SQL, C#).- Knowledge of working with BLD.- Familiarity with Hybrid-Agile delivery models.- Strong domain knowledge of the Lending eco-system.- Experience of having worked in the Lending eco-system especially the Auto finance and Asset finance industry either from within the BFSI segment or a fintech provider with solutions on this segment will be preferred.- Excellent verbal and written Communication skills.Responsibilities : Technical Expertise in Microsoft Technologies : - Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Technologies including .NET Core, ASP.NET, PL/SQL, and C#. - Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable applications using Microsoft technology stack. - Leverage .NET Core for cross-platform development and modern web application architectures. BLD Experience : - Utilize Build and Deployment (BLD) tools and processes to automate software delivery pipelines. - Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices to streamline software development and deployment workflows. Hybrid-Agile Delivery Models : - Work effectively in a Hybrid-Agile delivery model, combining Agile methodologies with traditional project management approaches. - Collaborate with Agile teams to deliver high-quality software solutions within defined timelines and budget constraints. Domain Knowledge of Lending Ecosystem : - Possess strong domain knowledge of the lending ecosystem, particularly in the Auto Finance and Asset Finance industries. - Understand the end-to-end lending process, including loan origination, underwriting, servicing, and collections. - Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in the lending domain. Experience in BFSI or Fintech : - Have prior experience working in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) segment or a fintech provider. - Familiarity with lending solutions and platforms specific to the Auto Finance and Asset Finance industries is preferred. Skills Required : - Proficiency in Microsoft Technologies, including .NET Core, ASP.NET, PL/SQL, and C#. - Experience with Build and Deployment (BLD) tools for automating software delivery pipelines. - Familiarity with Hybrid-Agile delivery models and Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban. - Strong domain knowledge of the lending ecosystem, particularly in Auto Finance and Asset Finance industries. - Experience in BFSI or fintech sectors, with a focus on lending solutions and platforms. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to design scalable and maintainable software solutions. - Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
