Job Description :- Role Requires To Be A Hands-On Architect- This Technical Lead Will Be Responsible For Drafting Design Docs, Architecture, and Functional Requirement Specifications As Well.- This Lead/Senior Developer May Also Be Responsible For End-To-End ServiceNow Implementation Project And Own ProjectDelivery Goals (Up To 50% Billable) :- This Technical Lead Will Leverage Knowledge And Experience To Deliver End-To-End Automated Solutions Which Includes Technical- Implementation Of IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Processes, Workflow Customization, Ticketing, Process Automation, Report Development, Dashboard Creation, And System Configurations.- This Role Will Be Required To Organize And Prioritize The Development Teams Efforts, Interface With Clients And Management, Work With Client To Access Current State Processes And Tools And- Provide Expert-Level Support And Technical Mentoring To Internal And External Stakeholders.- Solid Hands-On Experience And Knowledge Of ServiceNow Configurations, Scripting, Integrations, And Table Structure- Oversee ServiceNow Scripting And Security Best Practices.- Other Duties As Required Under The ServiceNow TechnologyQualifications :- Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science,- Management Information Systems, Or Related Field- Overall, 5-7 Years IT Experience- Minimum 4 Years Leading Technical Teams With Increasingly Complex Projects In ServiceNow Technology.- Deep Understanding Of Project Management Phases, Agile Techniques, And Tools- Ability To Work Hand-In-Hand With Project Manager- ServiceNow Implementation Experience In Employee Center, ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CSM, FSM & HRSD- ServiceNow App Engine, Custom Application And Mobile App Configuration Experience (ref:hirist.tech)
