We are building a team (the Digital Hub Team) that will, in collaboration with an external Knowledge Partner, handle the designing and implementation of the platform, including infrastructure designing and sizing, integrations with systems, testing, maintenance, operations, documentation, etc. using industry standard project management practices, and invite you to be a part of the Team.1. Building and integrating information systems to meet the company's needs2. Testing and integrating LOS/LMS, core banking system, mobile banking systems to address and solve specific business problems within an organisation3. Assessing the systems architecture currently in place and working with technical staff to recommend solutions to improve it. Knowledge of DR and business continuity plan mandatory.4. Conceptualize, design, modify, test and deploy Technology service provider (TSP solution) that facilitates STP journey. 5. Research and keep abreast of emerging technologies in social, mobile, analytics and cloud and RPA for accuracy and timeliness in all activities.6. Inform various stakeholders about any issues with the current technical solution being implemented7. Resolving technical problems as they arise.8. Management of cost, budget and productivity of the team.9. Ensure maximum uptime and 24/7_365 support to the business stakeholders. REQUIREMENTS: 1. At least 10 years' experience in software development in LOS/LMS and API Banking. 2. Must have experience in various technologies and frameworks - python, microservices, Microsoft power platforms and open source platforms (eg. Springboot). Strong Project Management experience with communication and leadership skills. 3. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or computer science4. Must have experience in Banking Technologies/Fintech/TSP. (ref:hirist.tech)
