You will oversee all aspects of our technology department and work closely with other executives to ensure that our technological solutions align with our business goals and objectives.Work Location : Preferred Ahmedabad/Mumbai (work-from-office model)Your key goals and responsibilities (includes but is not limited to) :- Develop and implement the company's overall technology strategy, including long-term goals and roadmap.- Lead and manage the technology team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of technological solutions, products, and services.- Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of our technology infrastructure.- Collaborate with other departments to identify and prioritize technology needs and requirements.- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to recommend innovative solutions.- Manage relationships with external vendors, partners, and stakeholders related to technology initiatives.- Develop and manage the technology budget, including cost optimization strategies.- Provide leadership and guidance on emerging technologies, such as AI, cloud computing, and data analytics.- Drive a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and collaboration within the technology team and across the organization.- Represent the company in industry events, conferences, and forums, showcasing our technical capabilities and thought leadership.What you MUST have :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's degree preferred).- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a technology-driven organization specially in a start-up companies.- Strong technical expertise in areas such as software development, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data management.- Experience with cloud platforms, DevOps practices, and agile methodologies.- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Strategic thinker with the ability to align technology initiatives with business goals.- Proven track record of successfully leading technology projects and teams.- Experience in budget management and vendor/partner relationship management.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.- Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for startups, innovation, and disruptive technologies, coupled with a results-oriented mindset and a bias for action.Join us in reshaping the future of finance and leading the digital transformation of the industry.
