Job description :Key Responsibilities :Talk and write about ConnectMaster to customers and partnersHold remote sessions and web meetings with customers and partners independentlyOrganized and customer-focused with the ability to work both independently and in a teamActive listening to understand customer problems and requirementsDocument issues and solutions clearly for future reference and knowledge sharingCreate customer facing HelpCenter articlesReport bugs and user stories to the core development teamParticipate in defect fixesProvide guidance to technical writers on product documentation optimizationDebug unexpected behavior, fix small bugs, and assist support agents without coding skillsBuild reports and gain expertise in telecommunications to interact with Enterprise customers and partners professionallyQualifications :Required Exp 3-6 yearsStrong communication skills in EnglishProficient in troubleshooting and debugging technical issuesAbility to work independently and in a team environmentExperienced in implementing features in .NET / WinForm / C# / DevExpress etc.Optimization of Oracle PL/SQL database queriesExperience with Oracle Spatial DatabaseExperienced in implementing and integrating Web Services APIs for both REST & SOAPExperience with desktop software on older technology stacksMotivated to work with ConnecMaster, which is a desktop software on a rather old and given technology stackWillingness to learn and adapt to new technologiesTelecommunication software experience (ref:hirist.tech)
