Job Description:Role: Senior Embedded C & RTOS ManagerExperience: 7 to 10 YearsLocation: HyderabadWe are currently seeking a Senior Embedded C & RTOS Manager for our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in embedded systems development with proficiency in Embedded C and RTOS. Additionally, experience in hardware products, product development, team management, and software development is required.Responsibilities:- Lead and oversee the development of embedded systems projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project timelines.- Utilize expertise in Embedded C and RTOS to contribute to the development of hardware products.- Manage a team of engineers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship as needed.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development initiatives from concept to production.- Facilitate the development and implementation of software solutions, actively participating in coding and debugging activities.- Ensure seamless code deployment and manage the code deployment process effectively.- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in embedded systems technology.Mandatory Skills:- Proficiency in Embedded C and RTOS- Experience in hardware product development- Strong experience in product development lifecycle- 1-2 years of experience in team management and people management- Good understanding of software development principles- Experience with code deployment processesDesired Skills:- Familiarity with Agile methodologies- Knowledge of software development tools and technologies- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills- Effective communication and leadership abilitiesIf you meet the requirements outlined above and are passionate about embedded systems development, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
