Description : Location : Pan India. Exp Level : 8+ Years. Work Module : Temporary Remote. POSITION OVERVIEW :- Hands on experience in building integration among enterprise applications (CRM, ERP, HRIS, AD . etc.) using ServiceNow.- Experience in writing scripts(in JavaScript) in ServiceNow based on various events.- Proficiency with ServiceNow development, such as scripting, workflows, configuration of ServiceNow's ITSM service catalog and integrations.- Experience with building and communicating with Restful API / web service.- Understanding and experience in use various authentication methods for API interactions.- Troubleshoot bugs, fix defects, and support users of applications developed by the enterprise application development team.- Experience enough to work independently with minimal directions.- Prior experiences and knowledge with enterprise integrations and process optimizations.- Experience in ServiceNow integration hub.
