We're eager to receive your application and are here to assist with any inquiries you might have.Job Description:We're seeking a part-time Kronos/UKG Ready 'Time' Solution Consultant to join our team! You'll leverage your expertise in Kronos to become a trusted advisor for other consultants and clients across industries. In this role, you'll wear many hats configuring and troubleshooting systems, optimizing client setups for maximum efficiency, and even guiding and training junior consultants.Your deep knowledge of Kronos/UKG Ready, along with your excellent communication and presentation skills, will be essential for formulating creative solutions that empower our clients to achieve long-term success. This is a functional consulting role, so outstanding customer service skills and a strong analytical mind are a must!Responsibilities:- Lead client kick-off meetings and gather requirements. Create and maintain clear documentation outlining project needs.- Create data mappings from source systems to Kronos/UKG Ready (Time).- Configure Kronos Time/UKG Ready Time according to specific client requirements.- Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.Preferred Requirements:- UKG certified Solution Consultant preferred- Experience in Kronos/UKG Ready other modules (Payroll, HR, Benefits, Accruals, Performance, Recruiting, Compensation etc.)UKG Ready Resource Job Description:- Utilize expertise in UKG Ready's Time & Attendance, Scheduling, and Payroll modules to optimize current installations and maximize value for the client.- Demonstrate proficiency in integrating UKG Ready with NetSuite or similar ERP Finance products, ensuring seamless data exchange and system compatibility.- Conduct a comprehensive review of the client's current functionality and technology footprint, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.- Develop short and long-term solution strategies to enhance Time & Attendance, Scheduling, and Payroll processes within the client's environment.- Collaborate closely with the client's team to design, develop, and deploy solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and requirements.
