Job Description :- The Design team at Amarujala.com, comprising User - Experience Researchers and Product Designers, drives the overall user experience of our products across platforms.Job description :- Formulate the Design strategy that accurately reflects our Brand, resonates with various segments of users and contribute to the roadmap for Amar Ujala Digital Products- Ensure execution of design strategy to deliver an outstanding user experience and best-in-class product- Create detailed user journeys and take appropriate design decisions backed by user-behavior and data.- Work closely with cross-disciplinary teams including Product, Engineering, Editorial, Data Science and various Business teams to deliver delightful customer experiences.- Develop intuitive, usable and engaging interactions and visual designs for mobile- Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs and translate them into visually kickass interfaces- Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs- Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability).Desired skills :- 2+ years extensive experience designing for audiences on mobile devices / Apps- Deep understanding of Android / iOS HID guidelines, UX trends & standards, user centered design principles & practices- Strong working knowledge of typography, layout, color, and visual communications- Expert in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma and other relevant design tools- Must have a pixel-perfect portfolio that demonstrates strong design & problem solving skills- Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery will be an added advantage (ref:hirist.tech)
