Responsibilities:- Designing and implementing SAP SuccessFactors solutions aligned with business requirements and best practices.- Managing HR processes including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, compensation, succession planning, learning, and workforce analytics.- Overseeing integrations with downstream systems using Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).- Developing and implementing release strategies to ensure smooth deployment of updates and enhancements.- Utilizing Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) for seamless integration between cloud and on-premise systems.- Hands-on experience with Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) for delivering custom developments in SAP.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.- Extensive experience in SAP SuccessFactors and HR processes.- Proficiency in Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and hands-on experience with custom development in SAP.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.- Certification in SAP SuccessFactors and Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) is a plus.
