Role : SAP - FICOLocation : Mumbai/BangaloreExperience : 4-11 years.Job Description :SAP FICO :- Must have experience in working at least one S/4 HANA Implementation. - Should have experience in working with various clients across the globe in AR, AP, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Order, P2P, O2C processes, Product Costing and Profitability Analysis.1. E2E Implementation Experience (including blueprint, configuration, testing and end user training). 2. Rollout / Enhancement / implementation of any specific module (e.g. FSCM, Bank Interface) is not considered as end to end implementation3. If the candidate has majority of support experience, then he/she should have worked on the majority of FICO modules (like general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank accounting, asset accountRole And Responsibilities :1.SAP FICO Implementation :- Lead and participate in the end-to-end implementation of SAP FICO projects.- Gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into SAP FICO solutions.Configure and customize SAP FICO modules to align with business processes.2.Financial Accounting (FI) :- Configure and support General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.- Manage asset accounting, including fixed assets and depreciation.- Handle financial closing processes and reporting.3.Controlling (CO) :- Configure and support cost center accounting, internal orders, and profit center accounting.- Implement product costing and profitability analysis.- Assist in the design and implementation of management reporting solutions.4.Integration :- Collaborate with other SAP modules (MM, SD, etc.) to ensure seamless integration.- Work closely with cross-functional teams to address integration issues and optimize business processes.5.User Support and Training :- Provide end-user support and troubleshooting for SAP FICO issues.- Develop and deliver training sessions to educate users on SAP FICO functionality.6.Continuous Improvement :- Stay abreast of SAP FICO trends, best practices, and new functionalities.- Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.Education : B.E., B.Tech., MCA, MBA, M.Tech., C.A.- (B.Com/ M.Com. above 50 % with relevant experience in Tier 1 or Big 4 companies only.)- Note.. No candidates having evening classes,weekend classes or correspondence degree will be conidered.- Candidate must have own personal laptop for attending interview.- Please note current project has to be implementation / implementation and support project- If implementation is done few months ago can try sharing (2-6mths) Current support won't work.- Candidates serving notice period or Immediate Joinees will be preferred.
