Description:
Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to marketing automation, campaign management, lead nurturing, and customer journey mapping.- Design and configure Marketing Cloud solutions to meet business objectives, including setting up email campaigns, automation workflows, personalized journeys, and audience segmentation.- Provide expertise in configuring and customizing Marketing Cloud components such as Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, and Audience Builder.- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and project managers, to deliver integrated Salesforce solutions that align with business goals.- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer sessions to empower users and ensure successful adoption of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.- Collaborate with Salesforce administrators and developers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Marketing Cloud implementations.- Stay updated on the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization of Marketing Cloud solutions.- Assist in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, proposal preparation, and client presentations, to showcase the capabilities of Marketing Cloud and win new business opportunities. Qualifications:- 5-10 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant, with a focus on Marketing Cloud implementations.- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Administrator, and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder are highly preferred.- Proficiency in configuring and customizing various Marketing Cloud modules, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, and Audience Builder.- Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices, including segmentation, personalization, lead nurturing, and campaign management.
