Location : Hyderabad/BangaloreExperience : 5-7 Years Qualification/s: BE / BTech / B.ScNotice Period : Less than 30 DaysKey Skills : REDHAT OPEN SHIFT ON AWS ENGINEERSupporting the AWS hosting and ROSA (RedHat OpenShift on AWS) environments.Providing technical support and troubleshooting of the AWS and ROSA environments.Carrying out routine preventative maintenance tasks, system checks and regulatoryduties to ensure AWS and ROSA infrastructure health is in good health.Managing updates and software installations, testing solutions prior to roll out in AWS and ROSA.Experience in designing and architecting solutions for OpenShift container platform.Experience in implementation of OpenShift Container platform across Hybrid cloud - BareMetal, vSphere, Azure, AWS, IBM cloud etc. (Mandatory - ROSA)Experience in deploying OpenShift clusters using IPI, UPI and other methods (Using Terraform, RHACM).Experience in OpenShift ecosystem tools implementation such as logging like ELK and EFK, monitoring like Prometheus and Grafana.Experience in deploying container native tools like RHACM, RHACS and Service mesh etc.Experience in Backup and restore of OCP Clusters.Experience in configuring and provisioning clusters in different environments using RHACM.Experience in OpenShift Back and Restore and also using OADP ( Velero).Experience in upgrading clusters and configuration setup of Red Hat OpenShift Container platform.Experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Proficiency in Terraform for scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure.Experience in DevOps Methodologies: Git/GitLab version control, Runners / pipelinesGood understating of networking fundamentals, SDN, cluster and resource management including security implementation.Understanding and implementing OpenShift Data Foundation for persistent storage and configuring different types of storageAdministration knowledge in OpenShift and Red Hat Enterprise Linux /Core OS.Plan and schedule changes coordinating with different stakeholders.Red Hat Enterprise Linux Administration knowledge is required.Documentation updates and change management.Be responsible for the planning, implementation, and growth of the AWS and ROSA infrastructure.Ensure necessary system security in AWS by using best in class cloud security solutionsRecommend process and architecture improvements in AWS and ROSAManaging end to end patch managementInvolvement in DR to recover the services across multiple sites.Proactively monitoring system performance and capacity planning the ROSA environment.Create and modify scripts or applications to perform tasksExcellent oral and written communications skills and the ability to interact efficiently and effectively with people of all levels of IT expertise and positions.Coordinate and manage technical activities with IT support teams, business users and vendors.Collaborate with other teams and team members to develop automation strategies and deployment processes.Strong problem solving and communication skillsRed Hat Certified in OpenShift AdministrationRed Hat Certified Linux AdministratorAWS Certified Administrator (ref:hirist.tech)
