Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles and practices, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. This role will be responsible for managing various financial tasks, including but not limited to accounts payable and receivable, financial reporting, auditing, and tax preparation. The successful candidate will work closely with the finance team to ensure the integrity of financial data and provide valuable insights to support decision-making. Responsibilities: Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections. Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Conduct regular audits of financial transactions and procedures to identify discrepancies and improve internal controls. Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities, providing insights to support decision-making and resource allocation. Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations. Utilize accounting software to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency. Provide financial analysis and reporting to support strategic planning and business initiatives. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. CPA certification is a plus.
