Job Description :We are seeking a skilled and experienced Python Lead with a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in Python development, including expertise in frameworks like Django and FAST API. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing scalable applications, leading development teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.Key Responsibilities :- Lead a team of Python developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance back-end systems using Python frameworks (Django, FAST API).- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, and design scalable solutions.- Implement best practices for software development, including code reviews, unit testing, and debugging.- Ensure adherence to coding standards, performance metrics, and security protocols.- Evaluate and implement new technologies and tools to improve development processes and efficiency.- Architect and optimize database schemas, including MySQL and PostgreSQL, and utilize object-relational mapping (ORM) concepts.- Work closely with front-end developers to integrate back-end functionalities seamlessly.- Provide technical leadership in architecture design, performance optimization, and scalability of applications.- Conduct regular code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and mentor team members to enhance their skills.- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in Python development.Qualifications and Skills :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Python development, with expertise in Django and FAST API.- Proven experience in leading development teams and delivering complex projects on time.- Strong knowledge of RESTful API development using Django Rest framework.- Deep understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.- Experience with databases like MySQL and PostgreSQL, including ORM concepts.- Familiarity with AWS services (S3, SNS, SES, ECS, etc.) and Git repositories.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Preferred :- Experience with microservices architecture and containerization.- Certifications in Python development or related fields.- Previous experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
