Requirements :- 5+ years of relevant experience.- Understanding of CRM solutions, marketing concepts, and marketing channels like direct mail, email, mobile, etc.- Experience in the execution of high-complexity, multi-channel marketing programs across multiple domains/ industries like healthcare, retail, banking financial services, etc.- Hands-on working experience with marketing automation tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) HCL UNICA Campaign or Adobe Campaign.- Good at understanding, analyzing, and interpreting campaign data output.- Experience translating business campaign strategy into business requirement document/ functional specifications, creating and executing test plans.- Good understanding of data warehouse and data mart concepts.- Expert SQL skills and ability to write queries for data manipulation.- Ability to write HTML and JavaScript (preferred).- Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task, prioritize, and quickly change priorities.- Organizational and interpersonal skills.- Good time management.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
