Our client is looking for an experienced and dynamic leader to lead the technology and product development teams across software engineering, data science, app development and firmware.You will oversee 30+ engineers and developers working on cutting-edge products in IoT, mobility, and essential safety solutions. In this high-impact leadership role, you will drive engineering excellence, accelerate innovation, and deliver digital solutions that transform lives.Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:- Provide strategic and operational leadership to leverage technology and talent for business growth.- Foster a high-performance culture focused on outcomes, straight talk and stakeholder impact- Attract, coach and retain world-class technical talent across disciplines- Guide teams in building innovative solutions using analytics, AI, software engineering, and embedded software.- Drive engineering productivity, quality and velocity for fast go-to-market- Provide technical oversight across architecture, systems design and process excellence- Collaborate with partners and stakeholders across functions for alignment- Monitor progress, address issues proactively and ensure timely delivery- Travel up to 10% on a need basis to engage with global teams and customers Requirements:Qualifications and Experience :- BE/BTech/Masters in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or related discipline- 10+ years of experience in managing large tech teams in product companies- Strong hands-on expertise in at least one area: AI/ML, data, firmware, app dev, etc.- Record of driving engineering innovation and demonstrated business impact- Ability to motivate and lead world-class engineers- Excellent communication, strategic thinking and people skills- Entrepreneurial drive, tenacity, attention to detail- Experience working with global stakeholders and virtual teams- Comfortable with ambiguity, able to adapt rapidly to change (ref:hirist.tech)
