The Data Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the data infrastructure for a healthcare organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in working with healthcare data, including EHR, HIMS, PACS, and RIS. They will also have experience with SQL, Elasticsearch, and data integration tools such as Talend.Responsibilities :- Design and develop data pipelines to ingest, transform, and load data from various sources.- Develop and maintain data models and schemas Implement data security and governance policies.- Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines.- Work with stakeholders to understand their data needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.- 4+ years of experience in data engineering.- Experience in working with healthcare data - Strong knowledge of SQL.- Experience with Elasticsearch and data integration tools such as Talend.- Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure.- Expertise in dealing with at least one of the following: Text data Imaging data with DICOM and preferably CT and MRI experience OMICS data (Genomics).- 5 years of experience in Knowledge graph and vector databases Airflow.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
