About Kuvera :Kuvera is world's first FREE financial planning and investment platform, built by data-driven ex-money managers & techies to make investing simpler, faster and better.Offering direct Mutual Funds, online Fixed Deposits, NPS, Indian stocks and US Equities, Kuvera is trusted by over 1.6 million users to manage over - 40,000 crores worth of assets.Founded by IIT-IIM alumni in 2016, Kuvera is backed by Fidelity International Strategic Ventures.Job Description :We are looking for a Technical Program Manager who is passionate about solving high-impact problems, understands the fintech space, and is ready to work in a customer-focussed fast-paced startup.This is a cross-functional role where you will work closely with design, product, business, engineering, and operations teams to build and enhance products.Only Immediate Joiners to apply Those who can join by the end of April 2024.Responsibilities :- Drive technical projects from inception to delivery planning of projects & features, establish goals, schedule, and milestones, managing dependencies, prioritisation, removing roadblocks and keeping processes running smoothly.- Stakeholder management and tracking of external commitments, risks, manage communication of progress/status within the team and with our partners.- Strong ability to navigate through ambiguity and solve complex problems.- Cross-functional collaboration and work closely with business, engineering, product management, and user experience teams to define, prioritise, and implement features, infrastructure, processes, and workflows.- Work closely with senior engineers to develop the best technical design and approach for new product development.- Define metrics and indicators on the program health.- Drive process improvements and efficiencies that lead to better quality, improved documentation and increased velocity and productivity.- Streamline SDLC, simplify execution, and bring in tooling efficiencies. Requirements :- Extensive experience with the software development process, managing software projects.- Has the right balance of technical, project management and business/product acumen and manages delivery across SDLC serving as single point of contact.- Mastered Agile methods like Scrum and Kanban and having strong experience of using planning and collaboration tools like JIRA, Confluence (Must to have skill).- Excellent organizational, analytical, prioritization, communication and influencing skills.- Skilled at cross-functional and cross-organizational communication across teams distributed remotely.- Ability to resolve conflicts and drive consensus between peers. Minimum Qualifications :4+ years of experience in technical product or program management, software engineering or similar experience. (ref:hirist.tech)
