About the Role:- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow developer with a strong focus on ITOM (IT Operations Management) applications to join our team.- You will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions for IT service discovery and mapping, contributing to a robust and efficient IT infrastructure.Responsibilities:ITOM Expertise: You will leverage your in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow ITOM to design, develop, and implement solutions for Discovery and Service Mapping applications.CMDB Management: You will maintain and optimize the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), ensuring adherence to OOB (Out-of-the-Box) class structure and Configuration State Data Model (CSDM) processes.Platform Proficiency: You will possess a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and utilize it effectively for building new applications, integrations, and enhancing existing functionalities.Solution-Oriented Approach: You will actively participate in solution design for new requirements and integrations, offering recommendations and best practices to improve overall efficiency.Continuous Improvement: You will identify gaps in existing solutions, propose improvements, and actively work towards optimizing the ServiceNow environment.Mentorship and Guidance: You will share your expertise by mentoring and guiding team members, fostering knowledge transfer and collaboration.Experience in Large Organizations: Prior experience working in a large organization managing multiple Service Management tools is highly desirable.Communication and Collaboration: You will maintain excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively across teams.Must-Have Qualifications:- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow development.- Proven experience implementing ServiceNow ITOM, with a focus on Discovery and Service Mapping applications.- Certified in CIS Discovery and CIS Service Mapping.- ITIL certification preferred.- No prior experience in support roles is required. (Strict No on Support Background)- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Education:Any Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.Nice-to-Have Skills:- Good knowledge of CMDB and its associated processes, OOB class structure, and CSDM processes.- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Javascript) used with ServiceNow.- Experience with API integrations.- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).Joining Time:Open to candidates with immediate availability or a notice period of 0-30 days.Work Environment:Hybrid work model: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote.Company Exclusions:We are not currently considering candidates with prior experience at CISCO or AMAT.Application Process:The interview process will consist of two rounds:Round 1: Internal Technical InterviewRound 2: Client Interview (ref:hirist.tech)
