About the Role :We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our growing team. You will play a critical role in designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining custom Salesforce applications and functionalities to optimize our business processes and enhance user experience. You will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and other developers to deliver innovative solutions on the Salesforce platform.Responsibilities :- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain custom Salesforce applications, triggers, workflows, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components, and Apex classes.- Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.- Develop reusable, maintainable, and scalable code adhering to Salesforce best practices.- Integrate Salesforce with external systems and APIs using industry-standard protocols (e.g., SOAP, REST).- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and system testing to ensure the quality and functionality of developed solutions.- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce related issues to ensure optimal application performance.- Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce features and functionalities (e.g., Lightning Experience, Salesforce DX).- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.Technical Skills :- 8+ years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform.- Expertise in Apex programming language and object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts.- Proficiency in Visualforce page development and Lightning Web Components.- Experience with Salesforce triggers, workflows, processes, and validation rules.- Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model and security considerations.- Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs (SOAP, REST).- Familiarity with Salesforce testing methodologies and tools (e.g., Salesforce Developer Console, Developer Tools).- Experience with version control systems (e. g. , Git) and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.Additional Skills :- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication and collaboration skills.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.- Passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies.
