Description:
About the Role :- We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join our growing team.- You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between development and operations, ensuring efficient software delivery through automation and collaboration.- With over 12 years of experience, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our DevOps toolchain and infrastructure on the cloud platform (mention specific cloud platform if applicable, e. g. , AWS, Azure, GCP).- You will be a champion for continuous improvement and a key contributor to driving innovation and agility within our software development lifecycle (SDLC).Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain a robust DevOps toolchain utilizing infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (e. g. , Terraform, CloudFormation).- Automate all phases of the software delivery lifecycle, including continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD).- Configure and manage cloud infrastructure resources (compute, storage, network) using cloud provider tools and APIs.- Implement and manage configuration management tools (e. g. , Ansible, Chef, Puppet) to ensure configuration consistency across environments.- Collaborate with developers and security teams to integrate security best practices into the DevOps pipeline.- Monitor and optimize application performance and infrastructure health.- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to ensure high availability and uptime.- Stay up-to-date on the latest DevOps trends and technologies (e. g. , containerization, Kubernetes).- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior DevOps engineers.- Continuously improve the DevOps toolchain and processes for efficiency and scalability.Qualifications : -12+ years of experience in DevOps engineering or a related field.- Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing DevOps pipelines.- In-depth knowledge of CI/CD tools (e. g. , Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps).- Expertise in cloud platforms and infrastructure management (experience with a specific cloud platform is a plus).- Proficiency in infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (e. g. , Terraform, CloudFormation).- Experience with configuration management tools (e. g. , Ansible, Chef, Puppet).- Experience with containerization technologies (e. g. , Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.- Strong understanding of Linux operating systems and scripting languages (e. g. , Bash, Python).- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.- A passion for automation and continuous improvement.
