We intend to expand internationally within the next couple of years and see further exponential growth through this.Position : QA ManagerExperience : 12+ YearsRole : TestingJob Location : Bangalore (Work from Office)As a QA Manager in the lending domain, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our lending software products. You will lead a team of QA engineers and work closely with cross-functional teams including development, product management, and operations to deliver high-quality lending solutions to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both manual and automated testing methodologies, along with a deep understanding of lending processes and regulations.Key Roles & Responsibilities :- Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the team's success.- Quality Assurance Strategy : Develop and implement QA strategies, methodologies, and best practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality lending software products.- Test Planning and Execution : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on business requirements and user stories. Execute tests, analyse results, and identify defects to ensure the quality of our lending solutions.- Automation : Drive automation efforts by identifying opportunities for test automation and implementing scalable automation frameworks and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness.- Regression Testing : Establish and maintain a robust regression testing process to validate software changes and enhancements, ensuring that existing functionality remains intact.- Risk Management : Identify, prioritize, and mitigate risks related to product quality, compliance, and regulatory requirements in the lending domain.- Continuous Improvement : Proactively identify areas for process improvement and drive initiatives to enhance the overall quality and efficiency of our QA practices.- Collaboration : Work closely with development teams to triage and prioritize defects, facilitate defect resolution, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software releases.- Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to test plans, test cases, test results, and QA processes to ensure traceability and compliance with industry standards.Key Qualifications & Skill Sets :- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.- 12+ years of experience in QA/testing roles, with 4 years of experience specifically in the lending domain.- Strong understanding of lending processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.- Hands-on experience with QA methodologies, tools, and techniques, including manual and automated testing.- Proficiency in test automation frameworks/tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar.- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) is preferred.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.- Certifications such as ISTQB or CSTE are a plus.Life at Trustt :Trustt provides Equal Employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, colour, religion, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, etc. (ref:hirist.tech)
