Responsibilities :Own design problems end to end, from initial concept through shipping, and beyond.Create artifacts, prototypes, and specs that enable developers to implement features efficiently.Drive user research and usability studies to build future product roadmaps for the team.Craft elegant design solutions that inspire others inside and outside the organization.Identify future opportunities, working as a thought partner to the product, engineering, marketing, and product designers.Define the design process and lead others through it.Raise the bar on the overall design of the current platform.Help the team build an internal design system for the future.Work closely with the leadership team of a top-tier fast-growing startup.Requirements :2-4 years of product design experience in designing web-based products.An online portfolio or work samples showcasing web and web app-based product design solutions.Excellent interaction and visual design skills.Excellent storytelling and communication skills.Experience working with cross-functional teams beyond product and tech, such as marketing, brand, and communication.Self-starter with initiative, able to think and communicate clearly.Strong understanding of design to create cutting-edge and world-class consumer experiences.Strong analytical skills - able to define problems and think of solutions. Ability to analyze issues and solutions.Open to constructive feedback and willing to explore multiple iterations of designs.Deep knowledge of design principles and methods.Ability to work with diverse team members to inspire and meet deadlines.
