Position Overview :As a React Frontend Developer with 2-5 years of experience, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing user interface components for web applications using React.js. You will collaborate closely with backend developers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality, responsive, and user-friendly web solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of React.js and related technologies, along with proficiency in frontend development principles and best practices.Key Responsibilities :React Component Development :- Design and develop reusable and efficient user interface components using React.js.- Implement complex UI features and interactions, ensuring responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility.State Management :- Utilize state management libraries such as Redux or Context API to manage application state and data flow.- Implement stateful components and global state management solutions to maintain application consistency.RESTful API Integration :- Integrate frontend components with backend RESTful APIs to fetch and update data.- Implement asynchronous data fetching and handling using Fetch API or Axios.Responsive Design : - Develop responsive and mobile-friendly web interfaces using CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap or Material-UI.- Ensure consistent user experience across different devices and screen sizes.Code Optimization and Performance Tuning :- Optimize frontend code for performance and efficiency, including minimizing bundle size, reducing render times, and optimizing network requests.- Implement code-splitting and lazy loading techniques to improve page load times.Cross-Browser Compatibility :- Test and debug frontend code across different browsers and devices to ensure compatibility and consistency.- Implement polyfills and fallbacks for browser-specific features and behaviors.Unit Testing and Quality Assurance :- Write unit tests for React components using testing frameworks such as Jest and React Testing Library.- Conduct manual and automated testing to ensure the reliability and stability of frontend features.Version Control and Collaboration :- Use version control systems such as Git for collaborative development and code management.- Collaborate with backend developers, UX/UI designers, and other team members to integrate frontend and backend components seamlessly.Key Technical Skills :- Proficiency in React.js and related frontend technologies such as JSX, CSS3, and HTML5.- Strong understanding of frontend development principles, including component-based architecture, state management, and responsive design.- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.- Knowledge of RESTful API integration and asynchronous data fetching using Fetch API or Axios.- Familiarity with CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap or Material-UI for responsive design.- Experience with frontend build tools such as Webpack, Babel, and npm/yarn.- Understanding of code optimization techniques and performance tuning for frontend applications.- Knowledge of unit testing frameworks such as Jest and React Testing Library.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- 2-5 years of relevant experience in frontend development with a focus on React.js.- Strong portfolio showcasing React-based projects and contributions.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.- Continuous learning mindset and willingness to stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in frontend development.
