Design and code efficient, scalable systems that can accept feedback from multiple hundred thousand employees and generate insights2. Design efficient and scalable systems to process complex data pipeline for our search engine indexing3. Experiment with different Machine learning deployment technologies to improve latency4. Design test cases for complex data pipelines5. Experiment with data to come up with unique insights and that can benefit our clients6. Identify libraries and technologies worth experimentation7. Participate in brainstorming sessions to bring more value to our clients8. Investigate performance issues / scalability bottlenecks, existing queries and/or write new queries with performance optimization in mind9. Develop RESTful APIs that can be used by other backend services10. Debug and fix production level bugs as and when they crop upRequirements:- 1. 7+ years of experience in architecture and developing high performance web applications2. Experience with systems ingesting / processing high amounts of data is a plus3. In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment)4. Should have done Btech/BE from Tier-1 college.5. Working knowledge of RESTful API paradigms6. Experience in Django7. Experienced in microservices architecture8. Solid engineering principles and a clear understanding of data structures and algorithm9. Experience with Python Fast API web server10. Experience with Kubernetes deployments11. Passion for products, empathy for users, and aspiration to make a big impact12. Experience with deploying ML/Deep Learning solutions would be plus13. Experience with NLP would be great. Experience with SQL and NoSQL database (ref:hirist.tech)
