Urgently hiring Manager Administration IT for a leading Auto Ancillary company (Battery manufacturer) for Mehsana Gujarat location.Job Summary:A strategic executive who is responsible for supervising the initiatives of Digitization, IT infrastructure and information security within companyManage overall IT services in efficient wayManage timeline, resource, and budget for new projects.Measure Key Performance Indicators for success of initiatives.Evaluation of new technologies and make pilot execution as per business requirement.Key Accountabilities:1. Project management:Facilitating and directing an implementation project for IT Infrastructure, Digitization and Information Security.Managing schedule and progress. Responsible for end to end deliver.2. Team management:Manage team of IT professionals. Controlling tasks and schedules of team.Plan and execute training and skill enhancement for team.3. Vendor management:Effective contract management for IT services.Manage Master Service Agreements (MSA) and Service Level Agreements (SAL) with vendors.Establish effective review mechanism with vendors.4. Change management:Ensure change management for overall IT services.5. Solution design and validation:Closely work with team leads on technology evaluation, selection, solution designing and validation.6. PMO Management:Set up and drive PMO for new project, sharing of regular project status to different level of stake holders.Preferred candidate profile:Skills:Experience of managing enterprise Data Center, Hybrid setup (On premise, cloud)Experience of managing enterprise IT systems like SAP, production systems like MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems).Experience of large-scale IT project managementExperience of leading team of IT professionalsExperience of maintenance & support of IT Infrastructure, Information security and business application.Experience of IT Risk management, IT audits, IT General Controls and compliance.Business process knowledge for Finance, Manufacturing, Procurement and Sales & distribution, and data analyticsExperience in Manufacturing Industries with minimum of 500 & above workforceQualifications:Degree (required): BE/B.Tech/BCA/MCA/ B.Sc /M.Sc (Information Technologies /Computer Science)Degree (preferred): Postgraduate (Enterprise Information System)Professional Certifications (Preferred) : SAP, M365, CISAWork Experience:15+ Years of Experience in Manufacturing Industries with minimum of 500 & above workforceBusiness & Operational process knowledge in manufacturing industry (ref:hirist.tech)
