Job Description :We are looking for a UI / UX Designer to join our core founding team. You will be the first designer at Truva and will work directly with the founders and the rest of the founding team. At Truva, you get to build the world's best online home buying experience and will solve core fundamental problems starting from discovery to visits to transaction closing. Home buying experience is a fundamental problem that has existed for decades and this role would require the candidate to ignore the status quo and work with founders to solve it like a customer experience problem rather than a real estate problem.Responsibilities :Work directly with the CTO and other founders to redefine the online home-exploring experience. Essentially build a spinny for homes.Design internal tools to drive SOPs, Analytics, Decision Making, and coordination among multiple business teams, operation teams, and channel partners.Design the state of art real estate intelligence tool - TruIQ.Requirements :2+ years of experience building user interfaces for end customers and/or internal employees.Proficiency in Sketch / Figma and has designed both web and web/app UIs.Strong interpersonal skills and who can work directly with engineers, and other business leaders.Balanced mindset when it comes to functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.Ability to design experiences that are at least 2 steps higher than what exists.
