Our Company works with the Top Tier Fortune 1000 Global Solution companies, Service providers, and Enterprises.Role : DevOps Instructional Designer We are looking for someone who has experience in writing and developing courses related to programming, system administration, DevOps, software lifecycle, etc.Preferably the candidate would also have solid experience as a developer or a systems administrator with system automation experience and It would be great if the candidate is an excellent communicator.KEY SKILLS :- Required strong communication skills to demonstrate skills in creating original technical training and/or online content.- Strong work ethic - Initiative-taking, self-directed, and capable of working both independently and in teams.- Adaptable, flexible, and organized, capable of working in a challenging environment.- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills in working as part of a global team.- Demonstrated experience in training development using instructional design models such as ADDIE, SAM, or equivalent.- Experience reviewing and critiquing instructional materials.- Experience evaluating the instructional effectiveness of learning programs.- Extensive knowledge of DevOps methodologies and continuous integration concepts.- Proficient in Git, GitHub, TeamCity, and other CI/CD tools.- Understand DevOps Tool Chains- Proficient with Linux/Unix Operating Systems and File Systems- Proficient with Python or other programming languages- Proficient with data modelling languages and data interchange formats such as YANG, JSON, HOCON, and XML- Understand Representational State Transfer (REST)- Understand how to build and work with API's- Understand network management protocols such as SNMP, NETCONF and RESTCONF- Proficient with code/data management tools (IaC) such as Ansible- Proficient with OS virtualization, virtual machines, containers, and container creation/deployment tools such as Docker- Proficient with container orchestration systems such as Kubernetes (ref:hirist.tech)
