Position : Product Management InternLocation : Bangalore, Karnataka (can work remotely), Indian Standard TimeInternship Duration : 3-6 months. There is a chance of transitioning into a full-time position with Wysa based on your performance.Job Description :We are seeking a highly motivated Product Intern to join our team. As a Product Intern, you will work closely on product, project management, and assist in the development and management of new and existing products.- Being the interface between design, engineering, clinical and business team- Should be ready to take ownership of the projects and ensure timely delivery- Lead meetings, take notes and drive actionable conclusions- Should have a strong sense of judgment for prioritization and tradeoff- Ability to work with teams and work under pressure- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide feedback- Should have analytical skills for monitoring KPIs to define success of the product- Stakeholder management- Help with product testing and validationQualifications & Skills :- Currently enrolled in the final year of Bachelor's or have a graduate degree- Prior degree in Computer Science or a related field is good to have- Any Product Management experience is good to have- Must be able to work well in a team environment- Adaptable, open-minded and comfortable working in a dynamic and fast paced environment- Great verbal and written communication skills- User first mentality. Design the experiences keeping the users in mind.- Strong analytical skills- Should have a strong sense of judgment for prioritization and tradeoffs (ref:hirist.tech)
