What skills are we looking for?As a .NET Lead, you will be responsible for developing .NET applications along with leading a team of .NET developers in designing, developing, and maintaining .NET-based applications.Key Responsibilities :1. Expertise in developing web products/applications and customer-facing integrations using C#, ASP.NET 4.5+, .NET CORE, SQL Server, RESTful API.2. Strong experience with MVC, Web API, Entity framework.3. Lead a team of .NET developers by providing technical guidance, mentoring, and coaching.4. Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to define system requirements and design scalable, reliable, and high-performance .NET applications.5. Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines.6. Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements, priorities, and timelines.7. Break down project requirements into actionable tasks, estimate effort, and help create development plans.8. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions in collaboration with the team.9. Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and optimization within the development lifecycle.10. Foster a collaborative and learning-oriented environment within the team to encourage professional growth.11. Communicate project status, risks, and challenges to relevant stakeholders in a timely and transparent manner.12. Ensure compliance with security standards, data protection regulations, and other relevant policies.Key Skill Sets :- Microservices Architecture: Familiarity with designing, implementing, and deploying microservices-based solutions to build scalable and resilient applications.- SQL and NoSQL Databases: Proficiency in working with relational databases like SQL Server, as well as NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Redis, for data storage and retrieval.- Cloud Enablement: Experience in leveraging cloud platforms like AWS (Amazon Web Services) or Azure for deploying and managing cloud-based applications, including knowledge of key services and best practices.
