Description:

Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable database solutions using Java and Spring Boot.- Implement microservices architecture for backend systems.- (Good to have: Experience with Kafka)- Design and optimize complex SQL queries to ensure efficient data retrieval and manipulation.- Work closely with software engineers to understand application requirements and translate them into effective database solutions.- Develop and implement unit tests for database code using JUnit.- Maintain and improve existing database systems.- Document database design, configuration, and procedures.Required Skills :- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.- Strong development skills in Core/Advanced Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot.- Mandatory Hands-on experience with Oracle and SQL databases.- Experience with designing and implementing database schemas.- Proficiency in writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Experience with design patterns is a plus.- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Maven/Gradle, JIRA/Rally, and Bamboo/Jenkins/Hudson.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Preferred Skills :- Knowledge of Spring frameworks (MVC, IOC, Boot, Batch) and ORM frameworks like Hibernate.- Experience with JMS/Messaging and middleware like IBM MQ or Apache Kafka.- Understanding of Kafka and Netflix Conductor.- Experience with SOAP and RESTful web services.- Experience with version control systems like Git.- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
